Everything — full hookups (30 & 50 amp), water, sewer, electric, free WiFi, washateria, and access to the private fishing pier.
Are your RV sites all bills paid? +
Nightly and weekly RV sites are all bills paid — electric, water, sewer, WiFi, and the washateria are all included. Monthly sites include water, sewer, WiFi, and the washateria, with electric metered at your site so you only pay for what you use. Monthly electric is 13¢ per kWh.
How does the monthly RV rate work? +
Monthly RV sites are $450 + your metered electric usage at 13¢ per kWh. Water, sewer, WiFi, and washateria are included.
How long do I have to stay in a mini-house? +
The mini-house rents monthly only with a 3-month minimum. Rate is $850 per month plus a $400 refundable deposit.
Do you take big RVs? +
Yes — our 50 sites accommodate any RV size. Call us with your length and we will pick a site that fits.
Can I bring my dog? +
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. No aggressive breeds. No barking dogs are allowed on the premises.
When do I check in? +
Any time — we're available 24/7. Arriving late at night? Choose any open site and settle in — we'll complete your check-in and payment the next morning.
How can I pay? +
We take cash, check, or credit card (a card processing fee applies). Companies can be invoiced directly.
Do you have showers? +
No, we don't have shower facilities, so plan on using the shower in your RV. We do have restrooms and a washateria on site.
Do you allow tents? +
Tents are welcome for short stays.
Is there a reservation fee or deposit? +
No reservation fees and no deposits on RV sites.
