San Bernard River RV Park has been family-owned since 2004, with 50
full-hookup sites under the trees along the San Bernard River. Plenty of our guests stay by the month —
working crews on long assignments,
snowbirds, and anyone who wants a quiet country setting within easy reach of town.
Brazoria is about 10 minutes away, and Lake Jackson, Sweeny, and Freeport are each about 20 minutes by car.

How monthly billing works
The monthly site rate is $450. Electric is metered at your site and billed on top at 13¢ per kWh,
so you pay for what you use. Water, sewer, WiFi, and the washateria are included. No reservation fees, and no
deposits on RV sites.

What if I need less than a month? +
Weekly sites are $250 and nightly sites are $45, with electric included in both.
Do you take big RVs? +
Yes — our 50 sites accommodate any RV size. Call us with your length and we will pick a site that fits.
Can I bring my dog? +
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. No aggressive breeds. No barking dogs are allowed on the premises.
When can I check in? +
Any time — we're available 24/7. Arriving late at night? Choose any open site and settle in — we'll complete your check-in and payment the next morning.
Can I get my own internet line? +
Our free WiFi works well. Need a dedicated line for work? Every site has a phone pedestal, so you can order high-speed service from the local phone company. Cell signal is good on all the major carriers.
What happens if a hurricane is coming? +
We stay in touch with Brazoria County emergency officials. If they advise moving RVs to a safer location, we'll let every guest know right away.
How do I pay? +
We take cash, check, or credit card (a card processing fee applies). Companies can be invoiced directly.
How do I reserve a monthly site? +
By phone — call 979-864-0294 or 979-864-6883. There are no online forms and no automated booking.
What if I don't have an RV? +
We have one furnished two-bedroom mini-house for monthly rent: $850 a month with a 3-month minimum and a $400 refundable deposit.
