Everything — full hookups (30 & 50 amp), water, sewer, electric, free WiFi, washateria, and access to the private fishing pier.

How does the monthly RV rate work? +

Monthly RV sites are $450 + your metered electric usage. Water, sewer, WiFi, and washateria are included.

How long do I have to stay in a mini-house? +

The mini-house rents monthly only with a three-month minimum. Rate is $850 per month plus a $400 deposit.

Do you take big RVs? +

Yes — our 50 sites accommodate any RV size. Call us with your length and we will pick a site that fits.

Can I bring my dog? +

Pets are welcome at no extra charge. No aggressive breeds. No barking dogs are allowed on the premises.

When do I check in? +

There are no fixed check-in or check-out times. Call ahead and we will work it out.
